Commercial Journeyman Roofer (Full Time)

Compensation: Hourly Compensation (based on experience)

Job Description:

• Install commercial roofing systems (EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR etc)
• Hot air weld seams and details on TPO and PVC systems.
• Effectively and efficiently manage the completion of all punch lists.
• Ensure that all roofing work performed is of the highest quality.
• Oversee and troubleshoot repair or maintenance on existing roofing systems.
• Work with customers/sales team to meet their requirements/scope on schedule.
• Help ensure job efficiency and safety.
• Provide quality training for laborers and roofers to develop long-term commercial roofing skills.

Qualified Applicants Must Have:

• Previous commercial roofing / commercial construction experience
• Stable employment history (and professional references)
• Willingness to work with a team
• Quality communication skills (written and spoken)
• Professional attitude
• Quality work ethic
• Understanding of the value of customer service
• Valid Illinois or Missouri driver’s license
• Necessary documentation and authorization to work in the states of Missouri and Illinois
